Glenn Case Shades of Black (Case) [From the album "Greenwood Cemetery", inspired by "The Dead Case", a Flash game by Zach Shaffer.] I don't remember who I was, or who I am right now. If I am not mistaken, I came from that hole in the ground. So I died, but don't know who to thank, and the tombstone's blank. Waiting for an answer to appear. Why am I still here? [CHORUS] I NEED A REASON! I NEED AN ANSWER! I NEED A PURPOSE! DO I DESERVE THIS? I CAME BACK! ALL I SEE, AND ALL I'M FEELING! IT'S ALL UNEVEN! I STUMBLE THROUGH SHADES OF BLACK! Bored as hell, I walk through people as some sort of test. Will they feel me there, mistaking me for their cold breath. Children sense my presence, so I scare them when I can. It makes me stronger, but it doesn't make me understand. [REPEAT CHORUS] I don't remember who I was, or who I am right now. All I know is that I'm stuck here In this little town. I can only go so far as if I'm on a leash. I hope that something makes sense soon, so I can be at peace! [REPEAT CHORUS]

Maybe So 02:32
Glenn Case Maybe So (Case) [From the album "Greenwood Cemetery", inspired by "The Dead Case", a Flash game by Zach Shaffer.] Piecing glass shards together. Trying not to shred my hands, and if I don't find every sliver then I can't be whole again. More frustrated every second, until the kettle overflows. When the flood comes, please forgive me. Am I drowning? Maybe so. [CHORUS] Everything should be so much more familiar than it is. So much is dead to me because I start resenting all that lives! Hard to ask for directions when you're clearly off the map. The land is all uncharted. I have a hard time keeping track. So when I re-write history The edge will give me vertigo. Will I accidentally fall in? I hope I don't, but maybe so. [REPEAT CHORUS] [Instrumental break] [REPEAT CHORUS]
3.
Glenn Case Towering Inferno (Case) [From the album "Greenwood Cemetery", inspired by "The Dead Case", a Flash game by Zach Shaffer.] She knows the secrets now, She's gonna turn him in. The killer's on the loose, and now she knows it's him. She makes her move to the door, slaps her right across the face. Fists are thrown, exchange of punches. He forces her to the basement, slams the door and locks her in. [CHORUS] I smell the smoke that she inhaled I sense the danger as she fails to escape this towering inferno. I feel the heat and feel the flame It burns the skin and causes pain. Idle screams and no one listens, it really is no use because try as she might I know she won't get loose. Tries so hard to kick the door down, but it's been reinforced She'll fight to stay alive now, but in a short time, she'll only be a corpse. [REPEAT CHORUS] She knew the secrets that he kept, She tried to turn him in. A killer's on the loose and now he's killed again. And, if she gets a chance For revenge beyond the grave, she will come back and see to it that he dies the same way. [REPEAT CHORUS TWICE]
4.
Glenn Case When Have I Been Wrong? (Case) [From the album "Greenwood Cemetery", inspired by "The Dead Case", a Flash game by Zach Shaffer.] I'm slowly gaining back the knowledge that I lost. I just wish it would speed up. Now I think it might be worse to linger with this curse. Filling in the gaps too slowly. I think I'm catching up, Then things twist again. I'm sick of my world turning inside out. How much longer does this last? Dare I even ask? The joke is getting old ...and it was never funny. [CHORUS] So, when have I been wrong? When have I been right? I'm only guessing. Is there a point to this? I think there's been a big mistake. What can really be explained that has an absolute? That has no danger of changing? You get used to how things are, and how the rules apply, rules you never knew existed. To my shock and surprise: once I became my present self, nothing is normal any more. No, nothing adds up now. Not like it used to. Is this how it always was? [REPEAT CHORUS] [Instrumental break] [REPEAT CHORUS]

Red 02:46
Glenn Case Red (Case) [From the album "Greenwood Cemetery", inspired by "The Dead Case", a Flash game by Zach Shaffer.] Doubled teamed by doctors and the car crash. If one doesn't kill you then the other will pick up the slack. I've got a funny feeling that you never should have left home. As you emerge from your skin all these memories are unknown. [CHORUS] Turning green as their hands turn red. They let you die as your insides bled. You hang around the hospitals, but can't quite remember why. Haunting the halls and wondering why you had to die. Only gut instincts nothing more to cause incentive. But, the driver that caused this was above the legal limit. [REPEAT CHORUS] The bum that just arrived looks a little bit familiar. Would you believe that it's the same one Who hit and killed ya? Staring angry holes Through the center of the bed. And your coal black eyes fire up to flaming red. [REPEAT CHORUS]
6.
Locked Box 02:42
Glenn Case Locked Box (Case) [From the album "Greenwood Cemetery", inspired by "The Dead Case", a Flash game by Zach Shaffer.] Did you misplace your eyes on purpose for things you didn't want to know? Hoping that it all would go away, and then it did. At least you'd like to think so. Sadness lingers on for some reason or another. I know you wish that it would leave. I'd do the same if it was really that simple, But it isn't, so I deal with it and grieve. Lock the box and destroy the key. Throw the evidence away. But, even if you melt it into non-existence, I'm afraid it's here to stay. Your conscience grinds away your being, until you crumble into dust. Crimes you honestly don't remember. Feelings you're not sure you even trust. I found these eyes, I think you lost them when you threw them down the well. I just kinda ran across them, and you can keep them for yourself. But, when you see the way things really are, don't go blaming that on me. All I've done is gone and found your sight. I'm not responsible for all the things you see. Keep your eyes locked in a box. Keep on hiding all your thoughts. Keep your heart hidden away. Keep believing what you say. Keep your eyes locked in a box. Keep on hiding all your thoughts. Keep your heart hidden away. Keep believing what you say.

New York 02:29
Glenn Case New York (Case) [From the album "Greenwood Cemetery", inspired by "The Dead Case", a Flash game by Zach Shaffer.] Strange things all around these days. If the aliens appear tomorrow I wouldn't be amazed. This place is small, but it's feeling more and more like New York. Buildings burning. Crime is on the rise, And there seem to be some demons that need to be exorcised. This place is small, but it's feeling more and more like New York. [CHORUS] I'm worried about this town. It feels too much like New York now. Graveyard filling up too fast. Murders, and a lack of facts. This place is small, but it's feeling more and more like New York. Missing people, and reports of ghosts. Noose of rope, And a suicide note. This place is small, but it's feeling more and more like New York. [REPEAT CHORUS]
8.
Air Traffic 03:20
Glenn Case Air Traffic (Case) [From the album "Greenwood Cemetery", inspired by "The Dead Case", a Flash game by Zach Shaffer.] Air traffic, there's something odd I must report. Looks like candlelight, but somehow it's in mid-flight. Air traffic, I know it sounds insane. No, I didn't touch the whiskey Alcohol is not to blame. [BRIDGE] If you saw this yourself then you would be amazed. It's a sight unlike no other, don't know what else I can say. [REPEAT BRIDGE] [CHORUS] I don't know what this is. I just hope it misses. Air traffic, I don't know how this will sound. But, there's a portal now that we can not get around. Air traffic, no, I am not high on drugs. I know that you don't believe me, I'm reporting this because... [REPEAT BRIDGE TWICE] [REPEAT CHORUS] I don't know what this is.
9.
Glenn Case Scared to Death (Case) [From the album "Greenwood Cemetery", inspired by "The Dead Case", a Flash game by Zach Shaffer.] Peeked in at the happy souls before the sky had flashed. Reached out and got shot to the ground, it happened lightning fast and I had to ask: "If I failed, then what is left?" Denied the opportunity to step in the light. Wondering if I can get the chance to try to set things right, what I did wrong in life. Now I'm scared to death. [CHORUS] Somehow I messed this up although I'm not sure how It may take lifetimes to find out. I hold the skull like Hamlet in what looks like it's my hand. From the burned down house down in the basement where I did crash land. Have I been damned? Now I'm scared to death. [REPEAT CHORUS] [Instrumental break] [REPEAT CHORUS]
10.
Glenn Case What Is Happening to Me? (Case) [From the album "Greenwood Cemetery", inspired by "The Dead Case", a Flash game by Zach Shaffer.] What is happening to me? How did I become so weak? My energy was wasted on attempts to try and fail, Is that so wrong? I didn't mean to fall so short. I didn't mean to be ignored. My intentions never were for all of this resentment to occur. [CHORUS] Please understand. I never meant to be the burden. I never tried to be the way I am, and when I can I'll emerge from this cocoon. I only hope that it will happen soon. What is happening to me? Can you tell me honestly? If you can get this figured out I'd like to pawn off some of my self-doubt. [REPEAT CHORUS]
11.
Good Morning 03:06
Glenn Case Good Morning (Case) [From the album "Greenwood Cemetery", inspired by "The Dead Case", a Flash game by Zach Shaffer.] And then I woke up one day, the time the nightmares came to stay. Snuck up on me and I didn't get a warning. Welcome to the memories you lost, good morning. Everything fell into place when I saw my killer's face. Snuck up on me and I didn't get a warning, Welcome to the memories you lost, good morning. [CHORUS] How could I forget? Just how long have I slept? But, now that I woke up It's time to kick some ass. He's done enough. Pictures on the wall of the ones that he made fall. Snuck up on me and I didn't get a warning. Wake up, get yourself together, good morning. From what I found out, I am pissed. My girl's the next one on his list. Snuck up on me and I didn't get a warning. Wake up, get yourself together, good morning. [REPEAT CHORUS] Woke up and I didn't get a warning. Wake up, get yourself together, Good Morning [REPEAT NINE TIMES]

Coming Dear 02:55
Glenn Case Coming Dear (Case) [From the album "Greenwood Cemetery", inspired by "The Dead Case", a Flash game by Zach Shaffer.] She is in danger, I'm moving as fast as I can. I'll be there in no time at all I'm coming dear. [CHORUS] I know that you can't sense me, but I am here. Help is on the way. I'm coming, dear! Gun at her head, He explains his whole twisted scheme. It's time to end this. It's time to intervene. [REPEAT CHORUS]

about

Glenn Case Spokane, Washington

I write music.

I listen to music.

I genuinely just love music.

I have a song available in "Rock Band" and that makes me smile.

Yeah, I'm the guy who did the soundtrack for "The New Adventures of Captain S".

I probably release too many albums, but I do attempt to find a good balance between quality and quantity.

Thank you.
